The image I have used is called Flower Bear and he along with a ton of other fun, fun images can be found at Karen's Doodles. The paper is from a MME glitter birthday stack and the cs is SU. I added the balloons (Quickutz die) and ran them through my CB for some texture, then popped them up and added the strings. He is so cute!
