Happy Good Friday everyone! It's the beginning of Spring break for us here in Alberta and I am looking forward to no school all next week! Hopefully the kiddos will sleep in...even a bit!
We have a fun new challenge for you over on the Prairie Fairy Fridays challenge blog. We are asking you to use texture of some sort on your card. So a furry critter, funky feeling papers or fibers, whatever you feel qualifies as texture.
I am using Fisher Beary for my image and have added texture in some fun ways:
-I used some hemp twine on the fishing rod
-fish charm
-2 cuttlebugged cs pieces, one is sanded for soe extra fun
-stickles on the fish tail in the basket
-liquid glass for the water ripples
-I also colored him with my Copics and then used my colorless blender to add some hairs to look like fur
Hope you can play along with us this week fro your chance to win some Prairie Fairy digital images!
The sketch is from Karen's Sweet Sunday Sketch challenge this week and all papers are CTMH.
Wishing you all a very Happy Easter weekend!
Hugs,
