Birthday Wishes to my Sweet Girl

Today is my little girl's 6th birthday!! I can't believe she is 6 already...it sure doesn't take long for them to grow up. I still remember the day she was born like it was yesterday!!

I made this card for her last night (last minute Sally I know...LOL!!) and I was happier with it last night than I was this morning when I gave it to her...but I guess things look better at midnight than they do at 6 am!!

Over at Kraftin' Kimmie's blog, she is having a wonderful week long birthday celebration. This card is for challenge #2 and you were to make a card based on her layout and then have dry embossing of some sort on it as well. So here is what I came up with last night....

We are having my FIL down tonight for supper and cupcakes to celebrate and then we are having Kirsten's party at the bowling alley on Saturday with her friends from school, etc. I ordered her Hannah Montana cupcake cake yesterday and she is soooooo excited!!

I gave her a few goodies to open this morning because I didn't think it was fair to make her wait until tonight. Here's a pict of her in some of her new clothes. She even did her hair all by herself this morning! She looks so beautiful and had a huge grin all morning...she'll have a
great day at school. She even gets a little celebration at school to where they all sing Happy Birthday and she gets a birthday crown! Landon and I are going to make cupcakes later today for tonight. He is so excited to help and wanted to make them as soon as he got up...at 6:45 this morning!!

Off I scoot to get my day going!!
