Fancy Fold

This week, we have a fabulous Fold it Fancy challenge happening for you over on the Di's Digi Challenge blog!  I have to admit, I never really use any of the fancy fold techniques and I don't really know why but it sure was fun to make this one-one that I have never made before!

I have used Tulip Kitty, the colored version from Di's Digi Stamps for my image this time around.  This fold is called the Double Triangle Fold and I found the super simple instructions right here on Splitcoast Stampers.  The only thing I changed is that my card is 6" x 6" instead of 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" as per the instructions.  I will certainly need to make sure to add some fancy folds to the cards I make in the future because it really does add a pop of dimension.
