Last One For The Troops

Here is the last card for my stash I sent to the Canadian Troops.

I made 32 altogether plus a few boo boos , but ended up sending 30. I'm really happy with the way they all turned out. Once again I used a sketch from Sheetload. They are so easy to use, especially for mass producing cards, so it worked out great!! I usually only make cards as I go and every one is very much individual, so it was much easier on my brain to get all the measurements from Sheetload than to have to measure everything and then cut and then do all over again:-)
Well, it's Thanksgiving weekend here in Canada, so first off I would like to say Happy Thanksgiving to all of my Canadian friends! We are off to a wedding that is actually tomorrow, but it's about 4 hours or so away, so Lance is going to leave work a bit early so we can head out. The wedding is tomorrow and then we are going to a horse sale on Sunday. So I won't even be home until Sunday night, we are then having Lance's Dad for Thanksgiving dinner on Monday.
Have a wonderful weekend!

Shout Out To Sheetload!!

Hey check it out...Sheetload is a fun monthly e-zine with great card layouts, sample designs, etc. It's a perfect way to make a whole bunch of cards of the same design with usually just a few pieces of paper...I actually used one from a couple months back to fill the tin I made my Grandma, very cool, fun and super easy. Go check them out...this month's feature is Stamping Bella, how fun!!
My Mom is coming out for a visit today (my parents only live an hour away, but I haven't seen them for a couple weeks) and I'm looking forward to seeing her...as are the kids!! Plus, they got home from Sandpoint theother day and she was able to find the Lady Antebellum CD I've been after...of course now it's on iTunes, but oh well...I'm excited!!!
Have a wonderful day!!
